Who we are
Kennels & Catteries (kennelsandcatteries.co.uk) is run by Marc Littlemore, the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form.
What we collect
We only collect personal data when you choose to send us a form:

We never publish your name or email address, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.
Our lawful basis
- Price submissions: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Business and contact messages: our legitimate interest in keeping listings accurate and replying to people who contact us.
Who processes your data
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions for us and may process them in the United States under appropriate safeguards. Like most hosts, Netlify keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the service.
How long we keep it
- Prices: the anonymous price stays in our data while it's used in price ranges. We delete your email address within 12 months.
- Business and contact messages: deleted within 12 months of our last reply, unless we need them for an ongoing listing.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies, run analytics or show adverts. Our fonts are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact third parties when you visit. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Data about businesses
Listings contain business information: names, addresses, phone numbers, prices and council licence details. These come from council public registers and what businesses publish themselves. See how we check. Businesses can ask us to correct their details using the business form.
